For Part B I would like to look at one story, the Tower of
Babel.
Plot: Men wanting to reach heaven built a giant structure
that reached up into the skies. Men would spend their lives building it brick
by brick. God being displeased by these men’s arrogance scattered them and made
them all to speak differing languages. That was not all those that wanted to
set up idols and worship other gods in heaven were transformed into creatures.
The men suffered all these fates because of the hate these men had for each
other. God reserved Hebrew for his chosen people.
Significant Characters: God- Creator of the universe and Lord
of heaven. Men- Those trying to reach heaven.
